About Us
Welcome! My name is Lily and I started my catering service with 5 other women of the Calgary Immigrant Women Center to provide ethnic Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, Japanese, and Lebanese food in 1986. I then decided to open A Taste of Indonesia Restaurant to introduce more variety of authentic Indonesian cuisine in 1993. Now I am with my daughter (Victoria) and brother (Dedy) and started the Hungry Hero and Happy Hero food trucks in June 2018 to provide catering service on Indonesian, European, and Western food.
We are a local, independent business. We are proud to be Calgarians, and we are proud to feed you. Ready to serve you with our two food trucks.
